Top actor, Chdi Simon, chose the stage of MAFAA Awards held recently at NAF Conference Center and Suites, Kado District, Abuja to propose to his fiancée.
The actor cum businessman got the audience screaming when he was called up to receive his award. Immediately he mounted the stage with his fiancée, Vivian Madu and other friends, the audience was amazed to see three army officers storming the stage to effect his arrest. They claimed he bashed someone’s car, and therefore asked for his car keys.
After a few minutes of defense and the persistent request from the soldiers for the keys, Simon dipped his hands into his pocket, and to the surprise of the audience, brought out an engagement ring. He thereafter went on his knees to propose to his fiancee. The crowd went crazy with cheers and admiration.
