A former special adviser to former President Olusegun Obasanjo, and a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Sen. Florence Ita-Giwa has reportedly dumped the PDP for the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
While addressing her supporters, Ita-Giwa said that the PDP was now dead and that she was not ready to mourn the dead.
Ita-Giwa made the declaration on Friday.
