The Bench in Kaduna State, on Wednesday, was thrown into mourning with the passage of one of its own, Justice Bashir Sukola of the state’s High Court.
Justice Sukola died on Tuesday evening and was buried on Wednesday morning according to Islamic injunction.
Not long ago, Justice Sukola had remanded a reporter with Vanguard newspaper Mr. Luka Binniyat to Kaduna Maximum prison over allegation of false publication against Governor Nasir el-Rufai and his government.
