As the countdown to the fourth edition of the Lagos International Jazz Festival (LIJF) gathers momentum, it has emerged that Blackdrum TV; an online streaming platform will stream the event live to millions across the globe.

In a chat with Entertainer, The CEO of Blackdrum TV, Emmanuel Odole, opened up on the project.

“I am glad to inform you that Blackdrum TV has been appointed as the official platform that will stream the Lagos International Jazz Festival live to millions across the globe.

“We shall be streaming live from four stages. This is a world class event so we must stream world class. All the four stages will be broadcast at once. Jazz is premium entertainment and the festival coincides with Jazz appreciation month and that means jazz lovers across the globe will be focussing on Nigeria. We don’t have bandwidth limitation; jazz music lovers should watch out!,” Odole added.

To date Blackdrum TV has streamed events like Olamide Live in Concert and Davido & Friends among others.

Commenting on the secret of his success of Blackdrum TV Odole added: “The important thing is that in whatever you do, try to achieve world class. When you do world class projects and deliver on your word at the end of the day, you set a standard and when people who want world class services need you they will fish you out.”
