PLANS have been concluded by members of the Nigeria Football Supporters Club (NFSC) to give maximum support to the Super Eagles in their Russia 2018 World Cup qualifier against Algeria, courtesy of the sponsorship coming from the Chief Executive Officer of Sifax Group Dr Taiwo Afolabi.

President-General of NFSC Dr. Rafiu OLadipo said yesterday that his men would storm Uyo in their hundreds thanks to the Sifax boss who has

accepted to pick up the bills. “We at the supporters’ club are happy to announce that we’ll be in Uyo courtesy of Sifax Group to support the Super Eagles in their match against Algeria. This is a big boost ahead of the crucial match,” Ladipo said yesterday.

Ladipo was also full of praise for the NFF leadership for stepping in and resolving the feud rocking the supporters club.

“We are going to Uyo as members of one big family. We thank the NFF for the role they played
in ensuring peace returns to the supporters club. We also appeal to other wealthy Nigerians and corporate bodies to emulate the CEO of Sifax and that of Globacom, Dr Mike Adenuga who have over the years identified with the supporters club. As the 12th player for Eagles, our role is quite important,” Ladipo said.
