The Taraba State governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Alhaji Sani Abubakar Danladi, has said that all is set for the party to take over power in the state in the forthcoming general to provide the needed development and save the state from misrule and massive mismanagement of resources.

Danladi said this while donating furniture and vehicle to the State Executive committee for the commencement of activities at the party’s state secretariat, following the removal of furniture at the party Secretariat by Hajia Aisha Alhassan.

Announcing  the donation of N5 million for new furniture and a utility vehicle after an inspection of the Secretariat,  Danladi expressed extreme dismay at the deplorable condition of the office following the removal of the party’s furniture and other critical items by the former minister for Women Affairs, Sen. Jummai Alhassan.

The APC candidate also said the state Exco of the party deserves a better working environment to enable it deliver on its mandate and pledged further support to the party throughout the state.

Alhaji Danladi also called on other party stakeholders to make their own contributions to the party towards winning the state in 2019.

Danladi, who is a former acting governor of the state, assured that he would do everything possible to ensure that APC wins and called on all party members to brace up for the task of rescuing the state from years of gross mismanagement and underdevelopment.

It could be recalled that about two weeks ago, former minister for Women Affairs Sen. Jummai Alhassan, allegedly sent her boys to the state party secretariat to cart away some office furniture and accessories on the pretext that she bought them.
