Campaign posters endorsing President Muhammadu Buhari and his deputy, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, for re-election in 2019, were spotted on Abuja streets, yesterday.

The posters were pasted on structures located on major streets as well as bus shelters.

A picture of one “Comrade Felix Ubokan,” is also on the posters, with the words: “We endorse you for 2019: Courtesy: Niger Delta Youths, Women and Security Movement For Buhari/Osinbajo.”

The posters came days after stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kano State adopted the president as their candidate for 2019.

At the event, president Buhari did not say whether he accepted the endorsement or not, even after party leaders promised to procure nomination forms for him and threatened to sue if he declined their endorsement.
